The Family owned Sahara Restaurant was born from the idea that there was a need for a modern Turkish Mediterranean restaurant for Sydney siders. This dream became reality in 1999 creating a sleek chic look with a cosy warm feel, custom timber features and a rich charcoal aroma filling the dining room.
Located in the bustling Argyle St, food precinct of Parramatta City with various areas available for groups and parties. The concept was designed to produce a fun, friendly and memorable dining experience, whether it were a night out or a quickmeal heading off to the movies or city.
Sahara captures the exotic flavors of the Mediterranean seaside region from Morocco in the West, through to Turkey. Sahara offers Open Kitchen Char-grilled meats (Think food theatre), gourmet pides, seafood, veal and chicken as well as its flavorful authentic specialties.
